Two CCHS Social Studies teachers, Michael Butler and Mark Albertini have been friends for roughly 20 years.
For the last 20 years, their friendship has evolved to an interesting thing resulting in posters of the 2 hugging very closely and jokingly accusing each other of stealing and bullying.
“I mean he constantly steals my lunch from the fridge over here I have my lunch, and I come in and it’s gone and maybe there’ll be one Frito left and there’ll be his initials right next to it on a piece of paper” Butler said.
“I plead the 5th on that one, I do not have my lawyer with me at this time so I’m going to advise my counsel on how to move forward with that question.” Albertini said.
Certain members of staff describe their friendship as a ‘bromance’
“Very charismatic person, very outgoing, wants for everyone to make sure that they’re doing well in life and making sure he’s looking out for the world. As far as me no, he’s a bully.” “He’s a mean girl. If you’ve ever seen the movie mean girls, I mean he personifies Regina George” Butler said.
“Very loud energetic and positive person. But he can take all those good qualities and traits and use them for pure evil against me, and it needs to stop and if it doesn’t, I know some fellow Italians who would be willing to help me out with a problem that I have. Michael Butler.” Albertini said.
