How To Make A Smoothie

  1. Smoothies can be made with anything such as fruit, veggies, and sometimes dairy products.

      2. Typically, people use blenders, crushed ice, water, fruit juice, sweetener, whey powder, plant milk, nuts, nut butter, seeds, tea, chocolate, herbal supplements to make a smoothie. Also, a smoothie containing milk is like a milkshake and instead of fruits people use crushed ice or frozen yogurt.

      3. Add 1 cup of  whatever your base is going to be for smoothie such as water, milk, or fruit juice.

       4. Next step – add any fruit or veggie you prefer.

        5. To thicken your smoothie add nut butter, yogurt, or oats.

        6. Boost flavor with a little honey, maple syrup and to make your smoothie extra special you can add a spice or her such ass cinnamon, vanilla extract , or mint.

         7. And get your blender, blind all your items together and BOOM! You have the perfect smoothie.
