“Physical education can play a huge role in someone’s life, for athletes it can be a warmup for the day. I know as a track athlete it feels nice to get the legs moving before practice. Not only is it beneficial for athletes but it’s a good opportunity for people who do not participate in sports to stay in shape”.
Gabriel Rogers says “New people and sports, you get to weight life, you get to learn and try new things during PE, and you get to practice the things you don’t get to try outside of school. Honestly I want to do strength training, because certain people don’t have equipment to lift weights at home and most people like to use equipment because it is faster. Making friends you just have to be really commutative, but you also have to be really active.” His favorite activity is dodgeball.
