The stage is set, the lights are ready and the excitement is building for this year’s talent show. From soulful singers, dynamic dancers to hilarious comedians. Who knows what CCHS could offer, but I do know there will feature a diverse line up of participants ready to perform. On February 29th the show will kick off at 5pm with tickets sold at the door. So if you’re coming for family, friends, or just to have fun be prepared for definite excitement.
While interviewing previous talent show winner Justin Grant I asked some questions regarding this year’s. I asked, what advice would you give to participants who are nervous about performing? His response “Some advice is just be confident and the audience is there to see you and your talent, don’t be worried about hate be yourself.” I went on to ask who won last year and did he agree. He replied with. “unit 51 which was the band I was apart of and I feel that it was very much deserved we practiced a lot on the songs and especially last year there was a lot of good competitors so I felt humble”
After attending this talent show it proved to be more more than a competition, it was a celebration of creativity and community spirit, leaving everyone excited for next year’s event. The winner being Neviah Lynon for her freestyle dance and the runner ups being the band Unit 51 and the K-pop dance team. All performances were admirable with judges being held with a lot of pressure. With that being said, that concludes the CCHS 2025 talent show leaving a question for who has the best talent for next years. Make sure to attend the 2026 talent show to see what the students have to offer. It will be a night to remember.
