As the first semester comes to an end, it’s time for finals to begin. With finals only being a week away. At CCHS many students are wrapping up the end of the year by studying and getting the things they need to be successful at passing the finals. For most class grades work as a 40-40-20 system. 40 percent for the first quarter, 40 percent for the second quarter, and 20 percent for finals. So depending on how your grades look it can make or break your first semester grades.
“Definitely most worried about my math class because it takes a lot of time for me to study and fully understand the concepts of that class. I would definitely say start studying early and ask your teachers for any guidance to what you should be studying,” Lara Oues said.
