Homecoming is a day in October on a Saturday that lets students enjoy a night of dancing, fun and music. Every Homecoming dance has a different theme each year that each class can participate in. This year for Homecoming the theme was Boogie Wonderland. Homecoming tickets cost $20 and the dance lasts 8pm-11pm. The week leading up to Homecoming the school has different events. One of the events is spirit week where students can dress up with different themes on different days. At the end of the week there is also a pep rally to kick off the end of Homecoming spirit week. Also during Homecoming/spirit week is Hallway decorating. Hallway decorating allows students to stay after school hours and show off their school spirit. Students can come together with their others in their grades to be creative. Seniors, Juniors, Sophomores and Freshman all compete to see who can decorate their hallways the best.
