Carbondale Terriers Soccer team had a really good season, being the first in the South 7 Conference with 6-0, they are one of the teams that plays in the regionals but unfortunately knocked out of the competition by Freeburg Midgets. Banquet is a tradition in Carbondale Community High School with various team sports celebrating pre-season, or post-season. This is one of them, where this time, the boys soccer team is the one doing their post-season banquet. Basically, how this event lays out is there’s an opening from the coaches, the player’s get their food and eat together, after they eat. The coaches will start handing out certificates, and shootouts for the seniors. And afterwards, they get to sign their name as a memorial in a flier that’s been around for decades.
