One of the most overlooked places in Carbondale Community High School  is the Media Center. When students think of the media center, they think of the library and how it’s just a place where students come to check out books; but the Media Center is so much more than that. 

Here at CCHS, we have many fun and relaxing activities in the Media Center. People have a comfortable place to read, there’s many genres available to everyone in the school. They also have hot water and tea packets for anyone who needs a drink. They even have a lego wall and a place for students to play with the legos. There’s a new teacher in the Media Center. Ms.V, she is the person who will check out your books and give any information needed about the Media Center and what goes on there.
