5 Ways To Help You Pass Your Class & Be The Best Student

The first quarter grades were just due, and some people are struggling. Did your parent get an email that you are failing a class? I sure hope not. But if that’s you then I am here to help you better yourself to pass that class!

 

1) Terrier Tutoring: Terrier Tutoring is a great way to stay after school to get some help with your english, math, or science classes! Terrier Tutoring is from 3:15-5:00 upstairs in the media center B202. This is a great wImage result for just keep studying finding doryay to receive free help from teachers at CCHS!

2) ARP: ARP is extra help before your first period starts. This allows you to come in between the time of 7:30-8:20. If you can’t stay after school then  this before school program is a great way to get help and get caught up! Hope to see you there!

3) Email: If you aren’t sure how to do a homework assignment, and you won’t be able to come in before or after school, try emailing your teacher! A lot of teachers have their email linked to their phone so they get your email instantly! You can go to the school website http://www.cchs165.jacksn.k12.il.us/ and log into your email their.

4) Hire a tutor: You would be surprised how many students in the school tutor. I would recommend asking your counselor for more information regarding hiring a tutor. You can find one who charges at a fairly reasonable costs.

5) Make flashcards/create a good study habit: Discipline yourself to a specific time in the day to study. Go in a quiet space and look up different ways to study. the app/website Quizlet is a great app to use to study as well! https://quizlet.com/
