Maui Moisture Heal & Hydrate + Shea Butter Hair Product Review

October 16, 2018
As I was walking through Walmart a month ago, I discovered this new hair product. They had all kinds of different type of flavors in this Maui Moisture brand, but I decided to go with the Shea Butter kind. I brought 4 different items. I got the Shampoo, the conditioner, the raw oil and I got the hair mask.
When I got home, I thought I should try this product out to see how defined and curly it would make my hair. So I first started off with the shampoo. With the shampoo I poured a decent amount in my hand and lathered it together and started washing my hair, making sure I got in my scalp and got my edges. After I made sure it was enough shampoo in my head and got it everywhere in my head, I washed it out and repeated to wash it one more time. I could tell that I was going to like this product, because it had my hair super curly and it smelled so good.
So then after that I used the conditioner. The conditioner wasn’t as much as the shampoo, so I had to use a little bit more conditioner. When I used the conditioner, I massaged it into my scalp and again, I made sure I got my edges to. After I made sure I had enough conditioner in my head, I put on a shower cap and let it sit before washing it out. This helps make sure that your whole head gets coated with the conditioner. After 10 minutes had passed, I washed out the conditioner.
After I dried my hair a little bit in the towel, I applied the Hair Mask, which I use as a leave in conditioner. This helped with making my hair moist and soft, so it would be easier to comb out. I also could put it on my hair if I wanted to do a wash and go.
I usually will do a twist style to my hair after washing it to give my hair more definition and dry curls the next day. My hair takes a long time to dry, so with having twist in it, it helps. I also put raw oil in my hair that also with help my hair dry and moisturize my hair.
